• *Job Description**

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and respectful space for all users. This will involve:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, including deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly break our community rules
• Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our users

• *Pay Rate and Schedule**

• **Pay Rate:** $12.50 per hour
• **Pay Cycle:** Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

• **Education:** Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• **Experience:** Previous experience in community management or moderation is highly desirable
