- *Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes
- Entering patient and medication data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Investigating missing solution data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Maintaining a dynamic specialist permit or certification within the initial 90 days and keeping a valid professional permit or certification
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer+ Using a mouse to point and click+ Starting and closing programs+ Switching between programs+ Saving files+ Printing documents+ Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a browser+ Composing URLs in the correct field+ Using a search engine+ Bookmarking a website+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons+ Completing online forms
- Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
