As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will be to:

  • Answer telephones and respond to customer questions and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel
  • Record calls on account history records with results of the inquiry, and initiate required confirmations without direct supervision
  • Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Process calls timely, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Interface with team members, management, customers, and clients in reference to customer service issues
  • Ensure inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
  • Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain state-of-the-art Contact Center
