As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues. - Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Read scripts verbatim and record responses accurately, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to update customer information and code responses

- Adapt to changes in call volume and workflow to meet organizational needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
- *Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns
- 2+ years of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Bilingual Candidates MUST BE fluent in Spanish & English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- Must be able to type 35wpm, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- MUST HAVE: Reliable Internet Service (Speed Test Conducted), ensuring a stable and secure connection
- MUST HAVE: Designated work area free from distractions, allowing for focused and productive work
