We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers, responding to inbound calls, chat, email, or other written correspondence regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and professionally answering health care inquiries and providing resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries & providers over the phone, chat, email, or other written correspondence.
  • Effectively and professionally answering customer inquiries by taking ownership of issues, utilizing sound judgment, and the tools at your disposal to resolve customer issues on the initial contact.
  • Meeting department productivity and performance metrics, including consistent and regular attendance, adhering to published schedules, prioritizing workload to answer incoming calls, and maintaining consistent attendance.
  • Documenting customer interactions and cases in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Participating in continuous training and becoming fully proficient in resolving all customer inquiries.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Technology literacy and experience in navigating multiple screens or web browsers at one time, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to cover any work schedule between the hours of 8AM CT- 6PM HT.
  • A private and secure workspace and workstation with high-speed internet is required.
  • Contact center with chat messaging, TRICARE customer service, and military connectedness experience is preferred.
