- *Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Meeting sales objectives as defined.
- *Qualifications**

- Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
- 6 months of sales experience minimum.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Strong listening skills.
- Superior negotiating skills.

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps.
