As a Customer Expert, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • *Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback on call issues.
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined.
  • *Qualifications**

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.
  • 6 months of sales experience minimum.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Superior negotiating skills.

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps.
