Job Summary
We're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to manage and process customer orders, provide exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, and resolving complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, communicating any delays or issues to customers
- Support the sales team by providing customer feedback, managing accounts, and supporting promotional activities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints, generating reports to improve customer service processes
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Food manufacturing experience required
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience as a customer account manager and supporting cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Excel, ERP's, and complaints platforms (D365 preferred)
- Experience with PO's, invoicing, and documentation of customer interactions
