As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. • *Minimum Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
