As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

  • *Minimum Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
