- **Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred:** You'll have a solid understanding of the Medicaid programs in Florida, which will enable you to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.
- **Associates degree preferred:** You'll have a solid educational foundation in a related field, such as healthcare administration or customer service.
- **Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred:** You'll be able to communicate effectively with our customers who speak Spanish or Creole.
