As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
  • Assisting customers with basic technical issues and resolving their queries related to products and services
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of customer products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
