As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll work in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries.   • *Minimum Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
