As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. - *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
