As a Benefits Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and future clients, providing expert guidance on their benefits and addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery and support
  • Managing client renewals, educating clients on benefits-related topics, and addressing other benefit-related tasks as they arise
  • Supporting the executive team in driving business growth and development
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling benefits to clients
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • + Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients+ Provide expert guidance on benefits-related topics and address client concerns+ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling benefits to clients
  • Renewal Management:
  • + Manage client renewals and ensure seamless service delivery+ Educate clients on benefits-related topics and address their needs and concerns
  • Team Collaboration:
  • + Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery and support+ Support the executive team in driving business growth and development
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • *Requirements:**
  • 1+ year of experience in employee benefits, ideally on the brokerage side of the business
  • Health licensing a plus
  • Client Service experience a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working with benefits software and systems
  • Knowledge of benefits-related laws and regulations
  • Certification in benefits-related fields (e.g., CEBS, CLU)
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
