With a focus on repeatability and control, you'll work closely with Ware Directors and Configuration Architects to determine Google's framework needs and item particulars. Your work ensures that the different components of arenaflex's infrastructure fit together seamlessly, providing a consistent client experience.

  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Assembling Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As an Assembling Specialist, you'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, design requirements with internal clients, and guide projects through the entire project lifecycle. You'll use your expertise of the tools, processes, and methods used to build and scale high-volume manufacturing and assembly activities. You'll be an esteemed partner to the new product development group through industry knowledge, experience identifying and qualifying advanced manufacturing procedures, and understanding into Plan for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, create, and manage the execution of flexible manufacturing cycles and systems for specific server farm items, improving for cost, quality, and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with Plan, Item Management, and Tasks groups to identify and address potential manufacturing detours in early development stages.
  • Analyze and interpret complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies, identifying and executing solutions to advance execution and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Lead the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth.
  • Utilize Item Information Management (PDM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Designing Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O). Lead the Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) group to align figure and BOM structures.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience.
  • 10 years of involvement as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer.
  • 6 years of involvement with Item Lifecycle Managers (PLM).
  • 5 years of involvement in plan and execution of civil high-voltage applications in server farm development.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Graduate degree in Science or a related field.
  • Experience directing yield improvements and process duration decreases for high-volume and high-complexity parts.
  • Experience with LEAN Manufacturing/5S/8D practices.
  • Experience in charging server farms.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
