As an Airport Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items
- Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
- Handling customer interactions with poise, professionalism, and a smile, providing first-class service to every passenger
- Performing other related duties as assigned, leveraging your skills and experience to drive success
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 70 pounds, as well as repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid in-state driver's license
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- The ability to complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- Physical stamina to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs and be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft
