As an Airline Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver excellent service and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with Amadeus is a must
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry

  • Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation
