Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an Experienced Advanced Data Entry Specialist to join our Data Analysis and Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and developing insightful solutions to drive business growth. About the Role

The Data Analysis and Insights team at arenaflex is responsible for providing high-quality, actionable insights to our business stakeholders. We use a combination of data, statistical modeling, and machine learning to drive business decisions and optimize our products and services. As an Experienced Advanced Data Entry Specialist, you will work closely with our business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them


• Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of data-driven insights to inform business decisions


• Perform in-depth pattern analysis and assess the contributions of drivers from various perspectives


• Define and investigate audience segments to drive pack growth


• Work with other analysis teams to understand and integrate relevant pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive and meaningful story

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

• Four-year college degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and relevant work experience


• At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL


• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques


• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, interpret data patterns, and utilize multiple data sources and tools


• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.


• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations


• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations


• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data


• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing A/B/MVT test builds

Favored Capabilities

While not required, the following favored capabilities would be beneficial for this role:

• Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services


• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Advertising industry
