  • **Purchase Order Management**: Enter purchase orders into our system and submit them to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • **Goods Received and Supplier Invoices**: Accurately enter goods received and supplier invoices into our system, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.
  • **Invoice Issuance**: Issue invoices to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Account Statement Preparation**: Prepare account statements for suppliers and customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • **Payment Allocation**: Allocate payments for purchase and sales invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • **ERP System Integration**: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless integration with our ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient processing.
  • **Monthly Reporting and Coordination**: Prepare and coordinate monthly reports, ensuring timely submission and review by our management team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
