As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team of medical professionals as they process medical claim reviews. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews
- Conducting word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- *Days/Hours and Training**
As a full-time Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
You'll also participate in comprehensive training, which will take place Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks.
