As an Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team of medical professionals as they process medical claim reviews. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews
  • Conducting word processing, data entry, faxing, and document review with attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • *Days/Hours and Training**

As a full-time Administrative Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

You'll also participate in comprehensive training, which will take place Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
