We're seeking an experienced Accounting Data Entry Clerk to join our team in High Point, NC. As a key member of our accounting department, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. As an Accounting Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the success of our company. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Typing accurately and preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
  • Reconciling accounts in a timely manner and identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Daily entering key data of financial transactions in our database
  • Providing assistance and support to company personnel, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Researching, tracking, and restoring accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Functioning in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Constantly updating job knowledge and staying current with industry developments and best practices
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or working toward)
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP
