As an Account Supervisor, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial enterprise strategies that drive business growth and improve the overall experience for our sellers on Amazon. You'll work closely with our internal teams, Amazon's companies, and multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive results.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Commercial Enterprise Growth** + Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve the overall experience for our sellers on Amazon+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive results+ Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions+ Develop and manage complex goals and objectives, balancing short-term and long-term strategic priorities+ Identify new opportunities across a large number of manufacturers and develop and execute mission plans
- **Relationship Management** + Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve the overall experience for our sellers on Amazon+ Conduct vendor delight surveys to investigate trends and develop improvement plans+ Collaborate with account managers to set expectations and drive results
- **Process Excellence** + Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to the strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve seller experience+ Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiency and work to simplify and improve processes+ Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers, such as riding efficiencies through equipment and procedures, simplifying SOPs, and more
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience analyzing facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- *Desired Qualifications**
- Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights
- Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
