Position Overview

This position is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that expand our product selection, improve pricing, and enhance convenience for our customers. Specifically, you will be responsible for researching product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce ecosystem, maximizing our product selection and customer base.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Research & Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global market developments/activities. Continuously monitor competitor efforts and identify emerging trends in the e-commerce industry.

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-caliber sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, presentations, and strategic outreach initiatives.

  • Vendor Enablement: Guide dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work with and influence both internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues promptly and effectively.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in seller performance.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and continued business growth.

  • Product Selection Expansion: Execute strategies to attract new product categories and expand the variety of offerings available to customers.

Essential Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's Degree is required. Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields are preferred.

  • Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused sales processes.

  • Experience in promoting new products/services into new markets is strongly preferred.

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs for data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Highly enthusiastic about success and winning – a competitive drive is essential.

  • Remarkable business judgment with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

  • Comfortable working with complex financial data and deriving actionable insights.

  • Polished communication skills – speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.

  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities and demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities concurrently.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – this role requires communication with both regional and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.

  • Three or more years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.

  • Three+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Knowledge of Latin American market dynamics and consumer behavior.

  • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
