- Job Description:
- This role is responsible for the strategy, execution and delivery of valuation engagements from proposal preparation to project completion
- You will manage the strategy for renewable energy valuation assignments and staff and develop business
- You will build and lead a dynamic team of professionals to provide the highest quality appraisals and consulting solutions to our clients
- You will work closely with your appraisal team to develop and drive a strategic growth plan for the practice, while producing thorough reports, meeting deadlines, and fostering client relationships
- You will also work closely with our renewable energy team at our sister companies, Partner Engineering & Science Inc. (ESI) and Partner Energy, which have a robust practice already generating significant appraisal volume
- We need a dynamic leader to collaborate with this team, actively pursue new opportunities and clients, and drive growth in our valuation business
- Requirements:
- An active certified general real estate appraiser license is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field required
- Masters in Business Administration, preferred
- 8+ years of real estate valuation experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal and the renewable energy sector
- Significant cost segregation and machinery and equipment valuation experience is preferred
- Existing client relationships and in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy space and asset types
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emails
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
