Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SABA Learning Administrator to support our Learning & Development operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience managing SABA Learning, resolving training‑related issues, and providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for compliance and HR learning programs. This role requires a high level of technical problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of SCORM standards.

Experience

Learning Administration & Support


  • Serve as a SABA Learning System Administrator responsible for day‑to‑day operations.

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for compliance training, HR learning programs, and learner escalations.

  • Manage mass course assignments, curriculum enrollments, and user provisioning within SABA.

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to SCORM course failures, tracking discrepancies, and completion records.

  • Coordinate with vendors, content developers, and internal stakeholders for troubleshooting and updates.


Reporting & Analytics


  • Generate, analyze, and schedule SABA reports to support compliance tracking and business insights.

  • Provide reporting support to HR, Operations, and Leadership teams as required.
