Within our People/HR Division, the Executive Compensation team plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Executive Compensation Analytics Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, serving colleagues across California. Position Overview
The Executive Compensation Analytics Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced programming and analytical support to build and enhance solutions that power our Executive Compensation programs. - Developing Award Calculation Solutions: Conceive and develop robust solutions to calculate incentive financial awards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. You will design and implement calculation engines that process complex award formulas and handle various compensation scenarios.
- Building Analytical Models: Construct sophisticated analytical models to support comprehensive compensation analyses and drive actionable insights. These models will be used to evaluate compensation competitiveness, analyze pay equity, and forecast compensation trends.
- Data Extraction and Manipulation: Work with large datasets containing salary and HR records, developing logic for determining award eligibility and ensuring data integrity. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources into consolidated analytical datasets.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent experience and training in a comparable field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of work experience in an analytical business domain such as Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Visualization.
