Executive Assistant for Work and Home

I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage a mix of professional, family, and personal logistics.

This role is best for someone who is proactive, an excellent communicator, very reliable, and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces. You should be able to take messy information, organize it clearly, follow up until things are complete, and keep me updated without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities may include:

Managing calendars and scheduling

Coordinating family and personal logistics

Booking and researching travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries

Tracking open tasks and following up with vendors, service providers, and other contacts

Drafting clear emails and messages

Organizing documents, lists, and basic spreadsheets

Helping manage household-related tasks remotely

Creating simple systems so recurring tasks are handled smoothly

Using AI tools to work faster, summarize information, draft messages, and stay organized

Ideal candidate:

Able to work U.S. Eastern Time

Excellent written English

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong communicator who gives clear updates

Comfortable handling both business and family/personal tasks

Proactive and able to anticipate next steps

Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT or other AI tools

Prior experience supporting a founder, executive, entrepreneur, or busy family is a plus

This is not a basic task-by-task virtual assistant role. I’m looking for someone who can own outcomes, stay on top of details, and help make my life more organized.
