The Role
As the Event Operations Associate, you’ll be a vital part of the HOKA North America Events team, managing processes and projects that support the day-to-day needs of the event calendar. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Events, you’ll coordinate all shipping and transport requests for NA events, serve as the main point of contact for the asset warehouse, and support agency management, budget tracking, and fabrication requests.

Your Impact
Asset management, shipping, and logistics (60%)Lead coordination of all shipping and transport requests for NA events and experiences
Serve as the main point of contact for the asset warehouse (Soul Focus Sports)
Ensure adherence and governance of the event calendar

Agency management support (20%)Inventory and catalog assets across agency partners, maintaining health and hygiene of assets
Coordinate new fabrication requests with agency partners in collaboration with event owners
Attend HOKA events as needed to assist in setup, teardown, and logistics of assets; support event team by staffing/working activation moments

Event team support (20%)Track budget and invoices for the team
Collaborate on event calendar in relation to asset management, event presence, and activation ideas
Organize Sharepoint, create deck templates, and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years related marketing experience; footwear/retail experience preferred
Previous experience organizing and supporting events and marketing initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective at preparing and presenting information and responding to questions from management, clients, and colleagues
Experience working in complex organizations, satisfying diverse needs, and managing competing priorities
Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to assist with event and promotion execution
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive, energetic working style
Knowledgeable in current fitness/running industry trends
Seeks out competitor data/activity and inspiration from other industries
