The Role:

Your Mission: As our next Epic Analyst – Patient Access, you will serve as a key contributor to our mission of delivering operational excellence across clinical and financial systems. Reporting to the Applications Manager – Patient Access, you will provide advanced system-level support for multi-user applications, including configuration, installation, maintenance, training, and ongoing optimization.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

  • Provide advanced support for Epic Patient Access applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to resolve system issues and improve workflows.
  • Participate in project planning sessions, helping define scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
  • Deliver user training and education sessions to promote effective system adoption and usage.
  • Analyze system performance and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Maintain system integrity through documentation, testing, and adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support ongoing optimization efforts to enhance the usability, reliability, and performance of applications.

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certifications: Grand Central & Prelude Certifications are required
  • Proven Track Record: 3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst
  • Physical Readiness: Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for long periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force.
