Epic Ambulatory Analyst (Kaleidoscope)

This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst with specialized experience in Kaleidoscope to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and proven experience configuring Epic modules to support orthopedic and ophthalmology specialties.
Responsibilities:
Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Ambulatory system with a focus on Kaleidoscope
Collaborate with clinicians, department leads, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Translate complex clinical workflows into effective Epic configurations.
Provide support during system go-lives, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Deliver end-user support and training materials for new implementations and updates.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in project planning, status meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in the relevant core application is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business-related field.
In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered.
At least 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management, and application administration.
Proven success in information systems implementation, development, and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.
Benefits
Salary based on experience. $100,000 - $115,000+
