About the Role: Data Entry Specialist – Talent Acquisition Support

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition Team as Data Entry Specialists. • Candidate Support & Initial Contact: Assist the recruiting team in identifying potential candidates for our open positions and reaching out to them to introduce arenaflex as a potential employer of choice.


• Innovative Candidate Sourcing: Propose new and creative alternatives to identify and attract qualified candidates, helping us expand our talent pipeline and reach diverse pools of applicants.


• Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and processes within the talent acquisition team and identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to our ongoing commitment to operational excellence.


• Job Portal Management: Manage and maintain job postings across various job portals and platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information while maximizing visibility for arenaflex opportunities.


• Candidate Evaluation: Review and evaluate applications received through job portals, assessing candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.


• Profile Research & Analysis: Search and analyze professional profiles across different platforms and job boards to identify potential candidates for our various open roles.


• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the recruitment team.


• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
