Position Overview: Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities


As a valued member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for the following duties:


  • Document Analysis: Carefully analyze various documents to identify and extract relevant data points for entry into our comprehensive FACIS database system.

  • Research & Verification: Conduct additional research as necessary to verify and validate source information, including contacting data authorities or reference sources when guidance is needed on document interpretation.

  • Data Processing: Efficiently input a wide variety of data including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, credentialing documents, and other critical organizational information into our user-friendly interface.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with management, team members, and stakeholders regarding data acquisition, transformation processes, and project status updates.

  • Process Articulation: Clearly articulate and document data transformation processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Project Flexibility: Accept and complete additional periodical and ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed to support team objectives and client deadlines.

  • Independent Work: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work day-to-day with limited oversight while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

  • Resource Utilization: Effectively utilize provided resources, training materials, and knowledge bases to answer questions and resolve issues before seeking assistance.
