• Convert PDF statements to CSV files
• Upload and categorize transactions in Quick Books or Wave App
• Assist with billing tasks for our companies
• Reconcile books and generate financial reports
• Support special projects and administrative tasks
• Attend weekly training calls and grow into leadership roles
Requirements:
• Some college or GED
preferred
• Bilingual (English/Chinese)is a plus
• A computer with at least an i3 processor
• Stable internet connection
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
