Job Title: Enterprise Sales Account Executive

Location: Remote, FL 


Position Summary:

The Enterprise Sales Executive is a strategic, consultative seller focused on driving high-impact revenue growth through enterprise-level partnerships. This role works with regional and national advertisers to develop integrated, data-driven marketing solutions across digital and owned media channels. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting client business goals to measurable outcomes, while expanding the Tampa Bay Times’ enterprise client portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level clients across diverse industries 
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business with regional and national advertisers 
  • Develop customized, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs 
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close 
  • Serve as a strategic partner by delivering insights, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and operations teams to execute campaigns seamlessly 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems 
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and performance expectations 


Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing sales (enterprise or consultative sales preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, SEO/SEM, CTV/OTT, social, and email 
  • Proven success closing high-value deals and navigating complex sales cycles 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to translate business needs into strategic, results-driven marketing solutions 
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined pipeline and time management 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or selling through agency partners 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot 
  • Background in integrated or multi-channel media sales 
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics platforms 
  • Existing network of regional or national advertising contacts 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
