We are looking for an Engineering Intern to coordinate and work in PackIOT Support Area, supporting customers around the world in the transition to Industry 4.0, helping them to: resolve issues with our products or services, providing them with additional information about our products, direct them to valuable resources and training material.

- You are an undergraduate student of production engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related.
- Self-motivated and able to plan own work
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and process-oriented mindset, and complex problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- You have a great sense of curiosity and do need to see the big picture to bring more value to the team, as opposed to having just a well-defined set of tasks.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to suggest ideas and give effective presentations
- Self-starter who can learn quickly and adapt to a fast-growing organization
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- You are interested in manufacturing, technology, and startups
- Intermediate to Advanced English level
Your impact and responsibilities
- Coordinate Support Area and Support Dashboard, controlling and maintaining key indicators
- Reports generation with key indicators and presentation to PackIOT team
- Creating and directing tickets to the team in a clear and timely manner
- Alignment of Support Area with PackIOT teams and leaders
- Constant improvement of Support Area, with optimization in overview and organization of the area's process
- Support Tickets resolution (depending on technical expertise)
It will give you some extras points
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
- Experience (interest) with SCADA or IIoT platforms, cloud services such as AWS, DevOps for OT, Containers, and Linux Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management/CRM software and G-Suite Tools
