Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting community services? arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Energy Services Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

The Energy Services Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following essential duties:


  • Client Records Management: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, accurately reflecting the current production pipeline and ensuring all information is current and properly documented.
  • Communication Monitoring: Monitor emails daily, logging documents and communications in the Monday.com platform promptly upon receipt to ensure seamless information flow across the team.
  • Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and any other systems as required by program regulations.
  • File Organization: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with strict program guidelines, ensuring full compliance with agency and funder requirements at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services to our clients.
  • General Clerical Support: Assist with various clerical duties, including filing, mailings, phone coverage, and other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
  • Remote Work Availability: Maintain availability for remote work arrangements, attending virtual meetings, responding to emails promptly, and conducting regular duties as needed during standard business hours.
  • Professional Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision sessions, training programs, and contractual meetings to stay current with program requirements and organizational policies.
  • Training Participation: Participate in mandatory agency training and engage in other relevant professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in human services administration.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, protecting sensitive client information and adhering to privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform related work as required to support the efficient operation of Energy Services Programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in Human Services or a related field, OR applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
  • Education/Experience Substitution: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the hiring manager.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, as this will enable effective communication with diverse client populations.
