- We’re partnering with a fast-growing U.S. software startup that is transforming the construction-permitting process and scaling rapidly. We’re seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design and optimize data-driven campaigns that attract and convert qualified prospects.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email lead-generation campaigns (email, automation, and other outbound tactics).
- Create and run cold email campaigns to generate leads.
- Build and segment prospect lists and manage CRM workflows.
- Monitor campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the team to refine growth strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Implement marketing automation best practices to ensure scalability.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or lead generation roles.
- 2+ years of experience handling CRM systems (GoHigh Level preferred)
- Strong Knowledge in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
- Hands-on experience running outbound or automated campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work full time in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
