- Job Description:
- Lead the development and application of predictive models to inform higher education enrollment and financial aid strategy
- Translate complex analytical work into clear, actionable insights for institutional senior leaders
- Provide technical and project leadership across client engagements and internal product development initiatives
- Guide teams from problem definition through implementation
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience building predictive models or machine learning systems in an applied analytics environment
- Experience working at or with higher education institutions
- Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and modern machine learning methods
- Fluency with Python, R, SQL, or comparable tools
- Demonstrated project management and delivery ownership
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
