Loan Originator / Account Executive (DSCR Rental Property Lending)

Compensation: Commission Only | Uncapped Earnings

Vorfin Lending is looking for motivated Loan Originators / Account Executives to join our growing real estate investor lending platform.

We specialize in DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) rental property loans — financing designed specifically for real estate investors. Unlike traditional mortgages, DSCR loans focus on the rental property's income instead of the borrower's personal income.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, following up consistently, and closing deals.Responsibilities
• Contact and convert company-provided warm and engaged real estate investor leads
• Work company-provided investor prospect lists through outbound calls and consistent follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with rental property investors
• Understand investor goals and structure financing solutions for acquisitions, refinances, and portfolio growth
• Manage your pipeline through organized follow-up and communication
• Generate your own investor relationships and referral sources (encouraged, but not required)

Ideal Candidate
• Mortgage origination experience preferred
• Conventional mortgage experience is a plus
• DSCR lending experience is NOT required
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up daily
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated by commission-based income
• Organized and able to manage a pipeline
• Entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation

This is a commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential.

Company-generated leads are provided.

Self-generated business is highly encouraged and receives additional commission incentives.

Top performers will maximize earnings by converting company-provided opportunities while also building their own book of investor clients.
