At Ollie Offer, we specialize in creating simple, transparent, and hassle-free solutions for homeowners while building a high-performing real estate investment portfolio.
We are seeking a **driven and detail-oriented Dispositions Agent** to manage the sale of properties within our portfolio. This role is responsible for maximizing deal value, building strong buyer relationships, and ensuring smooth transactions from contract to closing.
- You will play a critical role in the final stage of the deal cycle—working with investors, buyers, and internal teams to ensure properties are sold efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer Engagement & Sales Execution**
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and cash buyer networks
- Actively market properties to generate strong buyer interest and competitive offers
- Coordinate property showings, walkthroughs, and buyer communications
- Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- *Offer Management & Negotiation**
- Present and negotiate offers to maximize profit and align with company goals
- Structure deals and assign contracts to qualified buyers
- Overcome objections and drive deals to execution
- Ensure all agreements are properly executed and documented
- *Marketing & Deal Promotion**
- Create and execute marketing strategies for each property
- Utilize MLS (if applicable), email lists, social media, and investor networks
- Analyze market data to position properties competitively
- Continuously optimize marketing efforts to improve deal flow and speed
- *Transaction Coordination & Compliance**
- Work closely with Transaction Coordinators, title companies, and legal teams
- Ensure all deals comply with Fair Housing laws, contracts, and company policies
- Manage documentation, timelines, and closing requirements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for all transactions and communications
- *QualificationsRequired Experience**
- 1+ year of experience in real estate sales, dispositions, wholesaling, or a related field
- Strong background in negotiation and deal closing
- *Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on win-win outcomes
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, transactions, and compliance requirements
