We simply want to hear how you communicate, how you think on your feet, and how you present yourself.The strongest candidates usually enjoy this part.The RoleThis is a pure hunter role.You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations across the country.You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, and be directly responsible for generating new revenue.This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business.What You'll DoProspect physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations nationwideConduct both phone-based and in-person business development activitiesBuild relationships with Practice Administrators, Practice Managers, Physicians, Executive Directors, COOs, and OwnersGenerate your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and office visitsConduct discovery meetings and identify growth opportunitiesPresent RPM Healthcare's solutions and value propositionManage opportunities through the full sales cycleNegotiate and close new business agreementsIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accountsMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecastingConsistently achieve and exceed revenue goalsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of business development, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, physician liaison, or related experienceProven ability to generate your own opportunities and close businessExperience calling on physician practices, healthcare organizations, or healthcare decision-makers preferredStrong hunter mentality with a willingness to prospect dailyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person meetingsHighly organized and self-motivatedCompetitive mindset with a desire to winAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentPreferred BackgroundsPharmaceutical SalesMedical Device SalesPhysician LiaisonHealthcare Technology SalesPractice ConsultingHealthcare ServicesRemote Patient Monitoring (RPM)Chronic Care Management (CCM)Population HealthCompensationOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)On-Target Commission & Bonuses: $110,000 - $125,000+BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Remote work environmentUncapped earning potentialSuccess in This RoleA successful Director of Physician Partnerships will:Generate 20+ new prospect meetings per monthBuild a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunitiesClose new physician practices and medical groups regularlyDevelop long-term client relationshipsConsistently exceed revenue targets
