We simply want to hear how you communicate, how you think on your feet, and how you present yourself.The strongest candidates usually enjoy this part.The RoleThis is a pure hunter role.You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and large physician organizations.You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and be directly responsible for generating new revenue.This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, navigate complex organizations, and close business.What You'll DoDevelop new partnerships with health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers, and large physician organizationsEngage executive leadership, clinical leadership, operational leadership, and physician championsBuild relationships with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, Chief Population Health Officers, Chief Medical Informatics Officers, Service Line Leaders, and Executive DirectorsGenerate your own pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, conferences, and industry relationshipsConduct executive-level discovery meetings and solution presentationsLead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and departmentsPresent clinical, operational, and financial value propositionsNegotiate and close strategic partnership agreementsIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accountsMaintain disciplined pipeline management and forecastingConsistently achieve and exceed revenue goalsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of healthcare business development or enterprise healthcare sales experienceDirect experience selling into health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, or large physician organizationsExperience selling Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), digital health, population health, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or related solutionsProven track record of sourcing and closing your own businessExperience managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersStrong executive presence and communication skillsAbility to articulate clinical, operational, and financial valueStrong hunter mentality with a bias toward action and accountabilityComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentPreferred BackgroundsRemote Patient Monitoring (RPM)Chronic Care Management (CCM)Population HealthHealthcare TechnologyValue-Based CareCare Management ServicesEnterprise Healthcare SalesHealth System PartnershipsCandidates with direct RPM experience will receive priority consideration.CompensationOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (based on experience, relationships, and track record)On-Target Commission & Bonuses: $130,000 - $155,000+Compensation is heavily performance-based.
