Director of Accounting/Assistant Controller- NetSuite-Global Advertising Firm

Global Advertising Firm Seeks a Director of Accounting/Assistant Controller to Join its Team
• Reporting to the Global Controller
• Supervising a staff of 3
• Assist with NetSuite Implementation & Streamlining Accounting & Financial Operations
• Collaborate with FP&A, Finance Systems, and the Global Controller to Improve Reporting Accuracy, Automation, and Operational Efficiency
• Assist with Overseeing ASC 606 & Revenue Recognition Operations Globally
• Overseeing Global Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting- Latin America (Americas), Europe & Middle East/Asia
• Review Regional Financial Statements and Consolidations in Accordance with U.S. GAAP and Local Statutory Requirements
• Implement Scalable Accounting Processes and Drive System Enhancements to Support Global Growth and Reduce Manual Work
• Resolve Technical Accounting Issues Involving Revenue Recognition, Intercompany Transactions, Allocations, Leases, and Fixed Assets
• Liaison & Manage Relationship with External Accounting & Tax Auditors
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Partner with Executive Leadership and Investors on M&A Activity Supporting Due Diligence Identifying Accounting Risks and Advising on Deal Structure and Financial Implications
• Special Projects

Qualifications:
• 8-12 Years Corporate Accounting Experience- Strong NetSuite Experience a MUST
• Experience with Revenue Operations- ASC 606, etc.
• Strong Leadership/Supervisory Skills
• CPA & MST a plus
• NetSuite Experience
• Global Advertising Industry Experience a plus but Open to Industry

Base Salary ~200k. Role can be Fully Remote- but must be able to Travel to NYC Office for Major Meetings. Excellent Benefits and Full Comprehensive Package. Summer Hours & Six Weeks Vacation.
