Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership of NGO/iNGO Portfolio



  • Provide strategic leadership for the NGO/iNGO project vertical, ensuring alignment with Intelehealth’s mission and program strategy.


  • Build and manage relationships with global NGOs, implementing partners, and donors.


  • Support the expansion of partnerships with international development organizations working in digital health and primary healthcare strengthening.


2. Project Delivery and Operational Excellence



  • Ensure effective project planning, execution, and delivery across all NGO/iNGO projects.


  • Drive operational efficiency and project management rigor across the project lifecycle.


  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budget while meeting agreed deliverables and impact targets.


  • Establish and implement strong project management frameworks, processes, and reporting systems.


3. Cross-Functional Leadership



  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across Programs, Technology, Product, and Monitoring & Evaluation.


  • Facilitate strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of digital health solutions.


  • Ensure effective coordination between technical teams and field implementation teams.


4. Digital Health Program Implementation



  • Oversee the implementation and scaling of Intelehealth’s open-source telemedicine platforms across partner programs.


  • Ensure the effective integration of technology solutions within public health and community health delivery models.


  • Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure that field insights inform product improvements and innovation.


5. Monitoring, Learning, and Impact



  • Work with MEL teams to ensure robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks are embedded across projects.


  • Track project performance and impact indicators, ensuring data-driven program management.


  • Support documentation of best practices, implementation learnings, and program outcomes.


6. Team Leadership and Capacity Building



  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and program teams.


  • Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture across multiple functions.


  • Strengthen team capabilities in digital health program implementation and project management.


7. Financial and Grant Management Education



  • Ensure effective budget planning, financial oversight, and resource utilization across projects.


  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with donor and partner requirements.


  • Support proposal development and grant management where required.







Requirements



Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Public Health, Health Management, Technology Management, or a related field.


Experience:



  • 8–10 years of professional experience in digital health programs, tech start ups, leading digital interventions.


  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs with NGOs, international organizations, or donor-funded projects.


  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

  • Establish robust project management systems and processes to improve planning, tracking, and delivery of NGO/iNGO projects.


  • Ensure ongoing projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with agreed program outcomes.



2. Improved Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Build strong coordination mechanisms across Programs, Technology, Product, and MEL teams to improve efficiency and reduce implementation bottlenecks.


  • Ensure field implementation insights are effectively integrated into product and technology development cycles.



3. Enhanced Operational Efficiency



  • Introduce clear project governance structures, reporting frameworks, and accountability mechanisms across the NGO/iNGO portfolio.


  • Streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization across projects.



4. Stronger Partner Engagement



  • Establish trusted working relationships with key NGO and international development partners, ensuring alignment on program goals, implementation strategies, and impact measurement.


  • Position Intelehealth as a reliable digital health implementation partner within the NGO ecosystem.



5. Effective Implementation of Digital Health Platforms



  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of Intelehealth’s open-source telemedicine

  • Strengthen the integration of digital health tools within community health and primary healthcare delivery systems.

6. Program Learning and Impact Documentation



  • Work with MEL teams to strengthen data-driven program management and learning systems.


  • Ensure documentation of best practices, implementation insights, and impact stories from NGO/iNGO projects.
