CORE Foodservice is looking to hire a Director, CRM Operations!




The Director- CRM Operations is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and administration of CORE Foodservice Customer Relationship Management Tool (Salesforce).




This is a remote position. Candidates must reside within the continental United States and be permanent citizens.




Responsibilities



  • Implement and monitor CORE Foodservice CRM Goals through Salesforce as defined by CORE Leadership

  • Manage and Direct CRM Operations team

  • Database management

  • User management

  • Troubleshooting Issues

  • Evaluate requests for potential changes/enhancements to Salesforce

  • Manage and implement projects and enhancements within platform once approved by Executive Leadership

  • Communicate system enhancements and updates to SVP’s, DVP’s, Market and Channel Directors

  • Primary point of contact for new report requests

  • Evaluate need for custom builds

  • Primary point of contact for new dashboard requests or revisions to existing dashboards

  • Manage Trimester Objective Data

  • Ensure accurate data for objective creation

  • Confirm accounts lists are correct before insertion

  • Direct CRM Operations to load in a timely manner

  • Make recommendations to Executive Leadership and implement best practices within Salesforce

  • Identify new ways to use the system to support CORE Foodservice business processes and create reports or dashboards to support




Qualifications



  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity of CORE Foodservice clients and extensive knowledge of the industry

  • Ability to work with Executive Leadership team to offer insights, solutions and problem solving within Salesforce

  • Ability to manage, train, and motivate staff

  • Build and manage relationships with all levels of CORE Foodservice

  • Experience managing and implementing a CRM Tool (Salesforce or comparable software)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Punctual, meticulous, and reliable

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
