    Job Description:
  • Establish a vision and execute a Service Delivery continuous improvement strategy
  • Build and lead a team of experts to drive excellence and innovation in processes and data utilization
  • Collaborate with executives to identify efficiencies and lead transformative initiatives
  • Develop and manage continuous improvement projects to optimize effectiveness and business impact
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment with operational goals
    Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience implementing initiatives and evaluating outcomes for proven impact
  • Experience in a multi-site or large-scale operational environment, preferably in BPaaS, shared services, or similar service delivery environments
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly desirable
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging change management methodologies required, CCMP certification preferred
