- Job Description:
- Establish a vision and execute a Service Delivery continuous improvement strategy
- Build and lead a team of experts to drive excellence and innovation in processes and data utilization
- Collaborate with executives to identify efficiencies and lead transformative initiatives
- Develop and manage continuous improvement projects to optimize effectiveness and business impact
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment with operational goals
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, operations, or related field
- Demonstrated experience implementing initiatives and evaluating outcomes for proven impact
- Experience in a multi-site or large-scale operational environment, preferably in BPaaS, shared services, or similar service delivery environments
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt are highly desirable
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience leveraging change management methodologies required, CCMP certification preferred
