1. Project Coordination & Execution Support

  • Maintain visibility across timelines, deliverables, and dependencies spanning business and development teams
  • Update and manage task boards (Asana, Jira) and project trackers to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Own coordination of business milestones in Asana, ensuring alignment with related technical work in Jira
  • Track progress across digital and replatform workstreams (UX, PIM, integrations, development, marketing)
  • Proactively follow up on tasks, deadlines, and blockers to keep workstreams moving
  • Attend sprint sessions, capture notes and identify task-level execution

2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Execution

  • Execute structured UAT across key site functionality (PDP, cart, checkout, account, pricing)
  • Document defects with clear detail and reproducible steps
  • Validate fixes and retest issues in a timely manner
  • Support creation and maintenance of UAT test cases and scenarios
  • Ensure business readiness by confirming critical user flows function as expected

3. Research & Documentation

  • Conduct targeted research on platforms, integrations, and industry best practices
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable documentation
  • Document workflows, requirements, and process updates
  • Support development of SOPs across systems (Kibo, PIM, CMS)
  • Summarize key insights for cross-functional teams and leadership

4. Cross-Functional Communication & Marketing Coordination

  • Act as a central connector across digital marketing, ecommerce, product, and IT teams
  • Coordinate Digital/Marketing team deliverables to ensure alignment with broader timelines
  • Capture and distribute clear meeting notes with actions and owners
  • Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Translate business needs into actionable tasks for technical teams

5. Accountability & Task Management

  • Maintain clear visibility into task ownership and status across teams
  • Proactively follow up on overdue or unclear deliverables
  • Ensure alignment on “who owns what” and “what’s at risk”
  • Surface gaps in execution and recommend solutions to leadership

6. Data, Content & Merchandising Support

  • Support product data setup and validation within PIM (attributes, taxonomy, accuracy)
  • Assist with content population and QA across site experiences (PLP, PDP, landing pages)
  • Validate pricing, promotions, and merchandising rules in staging environments
  • Ensure consistency of data across systems (ERP, PIM, Kibo)

7. Pre-Launch & Go-Live Readiness

  • Support execution of launch readiness checklists
  • Coordinate final QA efforts across teams prior to go-live
  • Monitor launch activity and assist with issue triage
  • Track and document post-launch issues through resolution

8. Email Operations Support

  • Support execution of email campaigns aligned to marketing calendar and business priorities
  • Leverage AI tools to develop email copy based on campaign briefs
  • Coordinate email asset preparation, including downloading creative (e.g., from Figma) and routing to development via Asana
  • Perform QA across all email campaigns, including link validation, personalization checks, and promo code testing
  • Manage monthly updates to email-related content, including promotional messaging and deadlines
