Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of BlackRainbow’s digital presence and performance.

This role is responsible for delivering and optimising digital campaign activity across web, email, paid media, and traffic generation. You will play a central role in how we reach and engage our target audiences, using data, insight, and experimentation to continuously improve performance.

This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, suited to someone who can both execute and shape the direction of our digital footprint as we scale.

BlackRainbow was founded to address the inefficiencies in investigation case management experienced by Investigators across Law Enforcement, Government, and Corporate at an enterprise level. Our flagship product, NIMBUS, is rapidly becoming the global standard for innovative case management solutions. With over two decades of experience supporting Investigators and Analysts in more than forty countries, we understand the unique challenges of both public and private sector investigations and build solutions that meet their evolving needs.

What We Are Looking For:

A commercially minded digital marketer who understands how to turn online activity into measurable business impact.

You are data-driven, comfortable owning multiple digital channels, and able to balance execution with ongoing optimisation. You think in terms of audience, journey, and conversion, and are confident contributing to broader discussions around ICP targeting, messaging, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver digital campaign activity across web, email, and paid channels

Manage and optimise website performance, user journeys, and conversion pathways

Plan and execute email campaigns aligned to global and regional marketing initiatives

Own paid media activity including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking

Drive traffic generation strategies and improve quality of inbound engagement

Contribute to ICP targeting and audience segmentation through data and insight

Support and maintain strong data hygiene across marketing systems and reporting

Produce regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics

Contribute to SEO and AEO initiatives to improve discoverability and search performance

Support social media activity where it aligns to digital campaign goals

Act as a leading voice in shaping the direction of BlackRainbow’s digital presence and continuous improvement roadmap

Requirements:

6+ years’ experience in digital marketing or demand generation

Strong experience across website management, email marketing, and paid media

Proven ability to optimise digital campaigns based on performance data

Experience using analytics platforms and CRM systems

Strong understanding of user journeys, conversion, and funnel optimisation

Comfortable working across multiple tools and managing digital workflows

Ability to operate independently and prioritise effectively

Desirable Skills:

Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technical industries

Familiarity with SEO and emerging AEO approaches

Experience contributing to ICP definition and segmentation

Understanding of account-based or targeted marketing approaches

Experience working closely with marketing, sales, and design teams
