Your tasks

1. Technical Solution Design & Engineering
Architect robust solutions for complex problems, leading the design and implementation of advanced custom developments and critical ERP integrations to meet long-term goals.
2. Client Consultancy & Advisory
Advise clients through technical workshops, translating architectural concepts into business language and performing system Health Checks to mitigate risks.
3. DevOps & Release Strategy
Oversee release management via CI/CD pipelines, coordinating schedules with stakeholders to ensure seamless, zero-downtime updates.
4. Quality Assurance & Best Practices
Ensure code quality by defining standards, leading peer reviews, and guaranteeing secure, maintainable deployments.

Requirements

Advanced Technical Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flows, security, and REST/SOAP enterprise integrations.

DevOps & Methodology: Skilled in Git, CI/CD, and professional release management.

Communication: Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.

Analytical Problem Solving: Expert in root-cause diagnosis, reverse engineering, and production bug resolution.

Ownership Mindset: Highly client-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Independent Execution: Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results effectively.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).
