- Remote* Must have experience supporting operations for product/ux designOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Design Program Coordinator to support a dynamic product design organization focused on building meaningful user connections at scale. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the design team—ensuring projects run smoothly, collaboration is seamless, and designers are empowered to focus on delivering high-quality experiences.This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of design, product, and technology while helping drive innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program and project coordination for design initiatives, from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are metPartner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Content Strategy, and Data Science to align on priorities, dependencies, and deliverablesManage design operations, including review cadences, critique sessions, and team ritualsMaintain documentation, asset libraries, and workflows to ensure consistency and accessibility across the teamTrack team capacity and resource allocation, identifying gaps and helping prioritize workstreams effectivelyProvide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively surfacing risks and resolving blockersIdentify inefficiencies and drive process improvements, including opportunities for automation and scalabilityChampion the adoption of AI tools and workflows to streamline operations and improve team productivityPlan and coordinate workshops, design sprints, offsites, and team-building activitiesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or design operationsExperience working with or supporting product design, UX, or similar teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar platformsPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging technologiesExperience implementing process improvements or operational frameworks within a design or product organizationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentCore CompetenciesAttention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities, with the ability to support large, distributed teamsProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiativeStrong coordination and facilitation skills across multiple stakeholders and teamsAdaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of workingEmployee Value PropositionThis role offers the opportunity to partner with industry-leading talent and contribute to highly visible initiatives that impact a global user base.
