Most demand generation roles focus on capturing existing demand. This one is about creating it.
If you've marketed into the contact center, CX, CCaaS, WFM, conversational AI, or related SaaS space and understand how to influence buyers before they're actively evaluating solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
At evaluagent, we're helping contact centers unlock the value of every customer conversation through AI-powered quality management and conversation intelligence.
Our platform helps CX, Quality, and Operations teams understand 100% of customer conversations across both human and AI agents, giving them the insights they need to improve performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.
We've built strong momentum across EMEA and are now focused on accelerating growth in the United States. We're looking for someone who wants to help us establish and scale demand generation in a market with significant growth potential.
If you know which channels, communities, events, and campaigns influence contact center and CX buyers, you'll have the opportunity to put that expertise to work here.
Why This Role Is Different
You'll play a key role in building demand across the US.

Working directly with GTM leadership, you'll have a visible role in shaping how we build awareness, generate pipeline, and grow our presence in North America.

You'll have the freedom to test ideas, launch campaigns, challenge assumptions, and make a visible impact on company growth.

What We're Looking For
Experience marketing to contact center, CX, CCaaS, WFM, conversational AI, or related SaaS buyers.

A track record of building pipeline through demand generation programs.

Experience with ABM and multi-channel campaign execution.

Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).

A builder mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.

Based on the US East Coast (Eastern Time preferred) and able to work standard business hours with a regular two-hour overlap with our UK team
